V. Complaint Handling Procedures

5.2

We reserve the right to disregard obvious malicious complaints, repetitive unfounded complaints and abusive complaints.

VI. Counter-Notification Procedure

6.1

If content posted or provided by you has been removed or disabled pursuant to an infringement notice, and you believe such content does not constitute copyright infringement, you may submit a Counter-Notification to apply for restoration of the relevant content.

6.2

Pursuant to statutory DMCA requirements, a valid Counter-Notification must include all of the following information:

6.3

VIII. Disclaimer

8.1

IX. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules effective at the time of application. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong, the arbitration language shall be Chinese, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
